From Asheville:
Travel 19-23N (I-26W) to Exit 9 (Hwy 19)
At yield sign turn right onto Hwy 19. Go through traffic light.
Travel Hwy 19 to Hwy 19W. Turn left at intersection. Travel 1/4 mile to first road on left which is Hwy 19W.
Travel 19W approximately 8 miles (you will go across two state
Bridges). Before the third state bridge, bare to the left. Chrissy's General Store will be on left. Go over bridge and turn left onto Bald Mountain Road. Travel Bald Mountain Road 1-1/2 miles to Bee Log Road. Turn onto Bee Log Road. You will see school on left.
From Spruce Pine:
Travel Hwy 19E to Burnsville. Continue to travel Hwy 19Euntil you see Old US-19E on the left (Cane River Middle School & Prices Creek Store on left). Turn left and go to stop sign.
Then turn right onto Hwy Old US-19E. Travel to Hwy 19W & turn right onto Hwy 19W. Travel 19W approximately 8 miles (you will go over two state bridges). Before the third state bridge, bare to the left. Chrissy's General Store will be on left. Go over bridge and turn left onto Bald Mountain Road. Travel Bald Mountain Road 1-1/2 miles to Bee Log Road. Turn left onto Bee Log Road. You will see school on left.
