LETTERS OF CONCERN will be sent after the 10th, 15th, and 20th excused and unexcused combined absence.
A SUBJECT TO RETENTION letter will be sent after the initial 25th combined absences.
AN APPEAL PROCESS is available for students who are retained under this policy.
