We have a Physical Education Program for the elementary schools in the county. Mrs. Riehm, the physical education teacher, travels to six different schools in the county each week. Mrs. Riehm serves Bee Log Elementary on Wednesday mornings. Mrs. Riehm follows the North Carolina Standard Course of Study with additional skills added. The children are involved in physical fitness activities such as upper body strength, cardiovascular strengths, flexibility and abdominal strengthening. Mrs. Riehm makes physical education a fun activity. The children are totally amused into improving body quality.
