You are an expert on the Fujita Scale, the differences between tornado warning and tornado watch, and what to do in the event a tornado is moving towards a person’s location. The safety engineer is responsible for the following information: 1. What is the Fujita Scale? Make a table that will correctly explain this scale. This may be completed by hand or using the computer. 2. Describe the difference between a tornado warning and a watch. 3. Describe some of the signs that warns of a tornado nearby. 4. How should you prepare if you know a tornado is nearby? After finishing your research, write a script that can be read during your final presentation. Include the Fujita Scale. |
