Due to the Cold Weather Advisory and dangerous wind chills, Yancey County Schools will be on a 2 hour delay on Monday, December 15, 2025. Buses will not run on icy roads. The delay will give us time to make sure all of our buses and mechanical systems are working properly on our school campuses. Have a good evening, stay warm and drive safely in the morning.
